I was very thankful for the kindness and compassion shown by everyone that I encountered in Dr. Byrd 's office and I appreciated they were very good at explaining everything and that really helped me to understand a lot more about what's going on and I trust them implicitly with my care. Thank you.

I was a little bit worried and I wasn't sure that I totally understood the doctor and his manner. I felt they were competent, but I was still uncertain and uncomfortable when I left.

I left the center feeling real comfortable with what doctors had told me about the procedures, the care that I would receive. So I feel comfortable with going through the procedure that I have to go through.

Dr. Byrd is an amazingly talented surgeon, as well as being a caring and comforting person. He always listened carefully to my questions and provided me with honest and correct answers. Dr. Byrd and his staff were great. After my surgery at the hospital from recovery to discharge was the worst I have ever been treated anywhere! I will not, under my discretion ever be admitted there again. Will not recommend, and will share my thoughts every chance I get to anyone who will listen.

My appointment was at 245. I wasn't seen until 430. A student nurse sprayed numbing medication in my nose for nothing. The doctor didn't even look at my nose. I didn't leave until almost 5 and I felt like he rushed me through so they could close.

I understood from our interaction that while he has wisdom and much knowledge in his craft as a doctor, his bedside manner did not betray his humanity.

They provided information for my next appointments. Dr. Byrd recommended Imaging in 6 months & Imaging called me to schedule the appointment before I had a chance to call them. Great team work!
