The wheelchair was set up and it was easy to use. The problem is there's no book or instructions which made it difficult to remember the brief but precise instructions that the provider provided us with. So we need more information.

I so enjoyed meeting with the PA. She was very nice and considerate and seemed genuinely interested in my situation. That's the positive. The negative is I've already got a three-month appointment and I could not see her again. They could not schedule that and I'm with another provider in three months and that's disappointing to have three different people, you know, during the time that I've met with you all. So that's just a suggestion to be with at least with the PA that I met this past few days and I would want her for the three-month appointment if possible. Thank you so much.
