I was very pleased with my visit to Wellstar. It was my first visit at the office. The check-in people were extremely nice. The person that took me back just to get my weight was great. The girl who attempted to get my blood wasn't able to do so, but she was great as well. Before I met with the doctor, there was a resident that came in and spoke with me and they did a really great job. And I do remember the nurse's name. Her name was Amanda. She came in after the doctor and she was amazing as well. 10 out of 10. Very pleased with the staff. They're all knowledgeable, kind, and had a really good bed practice.

Everything went great when I arrived. Check in was easy. Being able to fill out all the forms online makes it even easier when you arrive. The doctor and the student was very patient with me answering my questions. I was surprised that all my medications from the online check-in didn't transfer to the doctors so that they could see what medications were current. A+ to the doctor and student. I really liked both. When checking out, there was a stand that directed you to wait at that line until called up. Initially, I was the only one in line. There was no one at the desk and the reception personnel saw me. I waited several minutes. The reception personnel had even looked my way. A second patient arrived behind me. The reception personnel were starting to call people seated in the waiting area up to the desk. The people behind me gave up and just left without checking out. I waited a little longer and then I gave up as well. The checkout was disappointing.
