Everybody was very nice. Everybody listened to me exquisitely. All the providers at the clinic were extremely helpful. The doctor specifically was literally so helpful. She helped me before I even got through the door. Like she saw me outside and I told her what was wrong with me. And she said that she would see me inside and gave me like advice before I even sat down. All of the nurses were extremely kind, talked to me about things unrelated to healthcare, just asking me how my day was, asking me how school was, talked to me about cars. Everybody made me feel very comfortable and I would 100% go back and recommend it to other students.

I was a walk in patient and did not make an appointment online. When I got there I could see there were some waiting ahead of me on the screen. The front desk receptionist was courteous and told me I shouldnt have to wait more than 10 minutes. She did apologize after about 15 and said it wouldn't be too much longer. Someone with an Appointment who came in after me was taken back first, and the CMA told me he had an appointment. She was very kind and I didn't mind. When I was taken back the CMA apologized and the front desk apologized for my wait, which wasn't necessary but kind. I saw Dr Gober and she even apologized for the wait and explained they had a crisis patient earlier. Dr gober took so much time talking with me about my symptoms and ensuring I was thoroughly evaluated I wish she could be my PCP!
