From calling to check the time, checking in, seeing Nurse Jean and the Doctor - it was the best experience I have had. They were all so kind, caring and warm - I called my Mom after to tell her when she's in town to go there if needed! Wonderful staff!

The receptionist and my doctor were wonderful. Really appreciate that. Also I called a day later and the receptionist answered pretty quickly and was very helpful and empathetic. So thank you. Very positive experience.

Wait times are ridiculous. This IS A URGENT CARE facility!! Three hours and thirty minutes is too long. The waiting room was only one third full!! Two front staff, but not enough in the back. Lots of personal talking going at the front desk and in the back, very leisurely.

I was very disappointed to learn at the end of this appointment that Dr. Gober is leaving the practice, going to Urgent Care. Clearly this was known at the time I made this appointment, but to date I have received ZERO communication from WellStar about this event. Losing your PCC is a big deal, so why did I only learn this one week prior to her departure simply by accident? This does not meet my expectations of WellStar's mission of patient care.
