This was an urgent care visit and my expectation was to be there longer since it was evening. I was able to go online and find an appointment time that was reasonable. We were in and out in under 2hrs. Dr. Gober was through and empathic to my son's allergic reaction. I also appreciate the time she took to ask the questions and well as actively listened to the responses.

Dr. Gober was hands down the best urgent care provider I have seen at this location. She thoroughly walked me through all of my options, showed extreme care and empathy, and had me in tears (in the best way) because I felt seen and not dismissed to free up the room. I wish I could see her as my primary care physician - I have told so many friends about my experience with her and Wellstar this past weekend.

The staff at this WellSTAR Urgent Care was absolutely awesome. I wish that I could remember the three ladies' names, but the doctor that was on staff, the front office girl, her first name was Julie, and the medical assistants were all extremely helpful, courteous, and professional.

Wait times are ridiculous. This IS A URGENT CARE facility!! Three hours and thirty minutes is too long. The waiting room was only one third full!! Two front staff, but not enough in the back. Lots of personal talking going at the front desk and in the back, very leisurely.
