Both practitioners gave me thorough explanations of my problem (etiology, treatment options). Adequate time was allowed for questions and clarification of instructions. I am extremely pleased with services that I received.

After being persistent and after everyone else in the waiting room had been called, I was not seen until after 2:10. I let the front desk know that I had to drive from the Hillcreek location in Augusta, GA to Greenwood, SC for a 3:40 appointment. Very disappointing.
