As a doctor myself, sometimes it's hard to be a patient but I appreciated how she asked me several times what questions I had and gave me time to ask them.

I made a mistake and pressed one about that I did not trust Dr. Joseph. I should have pressed four because I trust her completely. She is a very good doctor. She listens well. She cares.
