I am 66 years old; have had 3 vaginal deliveries. My exams by Ebony, FNP and Dr. Joseph are, by far, the most thorough and informative that I have ever had. Both practitioners gave me thorough explanations of my problem (etiology, treatment options). Adequate time was allowed for questions and clarification of instructions. I am extremely pleased with services that I received.

Dr. Joseph and her staff are very kind. It took me to my third visit here to really begin to fully understand what I needed to know and that wasn't there, it wasn't anyone's fault. I'm just saying that for me, maybe there could have been a way to help me understand better earlier. But she was very, Dr. Joseph herself was very kind and I think that once I had more one-on-one time with her, the explanations were so much clearer and so much better. So I am more inclined to recommend the practice after my last visit.

My experience was very disappointing. My appointment was at 1:30, I was fifteen minutes early with my documents and medication list on hand. After being persistent and after everyone else in the waiting room had been called, I was not seen until after 2:10. I let the front desk know that I had to drive from the Hillcreek location in Augusta, GA to Greenwood, SC for a 3:40 appointment. Very disappointing.
