This is a very sophisticated student health center and I was very impressed with the facility itself, the staff, the knowledge all of the staff had, and just in general all of the services provided. I'm sure it picks up and is very busy during normal semesters but for the summer semester I was able to make an appointment for after my class the following day and was seen promptly. I'm also very impressed with the on site dispensary and that so many things are included in the student health fee. This is incredibly valuable to KSU students. I went to UNG from 2017-2019 and while they still had a decent clinic, it's not even comparable to the one at KSU. For this reason, I wasn't expecting too much when I went to the KSU student health center and I was extremely impressed by the facility, staff, and ability to dispense medications. I was referred to an off site X ray facility and walked in the same day and got an X ray. 11/10 and would recommend ALL KSU students take advantage, especially since it's MOSTLY free unless you are referred out. I was also very impressed with how low the student health fee is with everything that is covered. Will definitely be back if I need anything as I finish out the semester! Thank you!

It took me a second to respond because things in my life have changed recently- just got out of a relationship, and the person on the other side of the phone goes "it's a yes or no question" without giving me even 5 seconds to respond. It left me frustrated after the call since she seemed impatient with me.

My appointment was at 5 pm and nobody called me or attended to the meeting, i had to sent a message to the online page of the doctor so they remember to call me, then 5:24 received a call which was 5 minutes, I explained how I was feeling and the called was finished and I didn't receive any medication or recommendations to what to do. Now I had to do a in person meeting so i can know what I have after 6 days.
