The examination room floor was filthy. It hasn't been cleaned in months. Horrible. If it was a resturant the heath department would shut it down. Wellstar and MCG can do better. Restroom in the hall are also nasty. Corners have grime, pee, and who knows what else. Just walking thru the hospital and doctors offices, some are clean and some need a lot of help. Something has happened in the sanitation department at WellstarMCG.

I felt heard and he answered most of my questions before I asked him. The answers I desperately needed so that I understand the mechanism behind my pain and weakness in my body were plainly explained. I am really looking forward to the treatment plan so that my quality of life can improve and I will be able to get out recreationally more often. Thank you!

I wandered for 25 minutes trying to find the provider. There are no signs for Neurology. It's not on the list of providers in the building directory downstairs, there was no one at the desk down there to help me, the two workers I stopped in the hall couldn't help me. Finally I found a nurse station, but the trainees couldn't help me. I had to wait for the other nurse to finish in the phone...she was able to direct me to Orthopaedics. No sign there for Neurology, but at least it was the right place.

Dr. Was one hour late. Sitting in a small exam room that was too warm. Dr seemed to dismiss my concerns. Had to press him to lo9k again or understand my concern. Eas a bit vague about the reason. Maybe inflammation Maybe infection . Was told not to worry. Left feeling unsure. He was polite and patient.

I drove 3 hours to get to this docters visit because of how soon I could get the appointment. Thought I would have the MRI that day but no an I understand. The doctor listened to me. He was great. I definitely will be back. Jan. 7 to actually get the MRI. I do have thyroid problems an can't take the muscle relaxers he prescribed. So I'll be in pain until. JAN 7TH
