I love everything about my daughter specialist. He's very attentive and give great informative information and listen very well to our needs and concerns. He was able to break all information down to us to help us understand what was going on with our daughter and how we can move forward with the care plan to a better solution to try to resolve further setbacks

Hi, I am very pleased with Digestive Health and Dr. Sifuentes, as well as the new staff member, and I think his name is Resident Barahara, and I got the spelling, it's J-I-Gilakara Jew. He's a new resident. He is very thoughtful, very articulate. He really listens to my concerns. And him, along with Dr. Safuentes, just really honed in and listened to my new and worsening, unfortunately, concerns. And I am very pleased with this practice and Dr. Rao. I've been going there for 10 years, even traveling back and forth to Florida before I move permanently back to the CSRA. They're the reasons.

Hello, yes, Dr. Sefuentes is a wonderful doctor. I've been with him about three years now and he is helping me with Crohn's and his nurse, Kelly, is also very helpful and very good. Dr. Sefuentes is very caring and listens to the patient and provides answers to the problems. So he gets a 10 and Kelly does two. Thanks so much. Bye-bye.

I do not agree nor feel it is fair to have to pay a facility charge for every visit. I have been charged an extremely high amount for all of my appointments and don't feel that I have gotten a solid answer to my problems. The amount of money that I have spent a lot of money with Wellstar between myself and my son. It is challenging trying to get appointments aligned enough to avoid numerous facility fee charges. I don't agree with those and don't think it's fair to charge them for every visit.

Dr. Fuentes answered all my questions, ordered my x-rays, made sure I was able to get it done, and even he knows my financial situation. He was trying to help out in that situation, too. The student was very nice, and thank you so much for being available.

The doctors, etc are great. The billing department SUCKS. My receipt for my co pay is clearly in my records as being paid at that time of my visit and yet I received a text and an email stating I needed to pay it. This is the second time that I have gotten double billed. Get it right.

My husband and I were both very pleased by the attention to my problem given by Dr Sifuentes and his two residents. I was also very very impressed by the report about my visit which appeared in my My Chart account. I've never had such a through report from any doctor anywhere after a medical visit.

Dr's. SiFuentes and Sim were excellent, and the nursing staff, registration clerk and the gentleman seated at the 1st floor information desk were exceptional. I'm hoping this is the new normal. Quality patient care rewards as customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Hello, yes, Dr. Sefuentes is a wonderful doctor. I've been with him about three years now and he is helping me with Crohn's and his nurse, Kelly, is also very helpful and very good. Dr. Sefuentes is very caring and listens to the patient and provides answers to the problems. So he gets a 10 and Kelly does two. Thanks so much. Bye-bye.

Hi, I am very pleased with Digestive Health and Dr. Sifuentes, as well as the new staff member, and I think his name is Resident Barahara, and I got the spelling, it's J-I-Gilakara Jew. He's a new resident. He is very thoughtful, very articulate. He really listens to my concerns. And him, along with Dr. Safuentes, just really honed in and listened to my new and worsening, unfortunately, concerns. And I am very pleased with this practice and Dr. Rao. I've been going there for 10 years, even traveling back and forth to Florida before I move permanently back to the CSRA. They're the reasons.

Dr. Sifuentes is the absolute best physician I have ever had. He cares for his patients. I truly believe I would have died five years ago had I not had Dr. Sifuentes. I know he saved my life! I am thankful he is still my Gastro doctor and know I am in good care. Thank you, Dr. Sifuentes.

I love everything about my daughter specialist. He's very attentive and give great informative information and listen very well to our needs and concerns. He was able to break all information down to us to help us understand what was going on with our daughter and how we can move forward with the care plan to a better solution to try to resolve further setbacks
