I see him as quite competent medically. Also explained some things well for me. Another I've already forgotten and apparently not in record along with a second Rx he said he was prescribing. However he sent one prescription to the wrong pharmacy after asking several times. It had to go to MCG pharmacy first anyway for approval somewhere. Also forgot to discuss one of questions/issues I asked med student interviewer to put in notes. In fast movement through visit I forgot to repeat it. Next time I'll have a written list to check off.

I am a WellSTAR employee, and that is not how we have been taught to check in patients. We are to verify three or more identifiers, such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, and we are to read the sticker on the armband back to the patient. That was not done, nor was it initialed.

He's a new resident. He is very thoughtful, very articulate. He really listens to my concerns. And him, along with Dr. Safuentes, just really honed in and listened to my new and worsening, unfortunately, concerns. And I am very pleased with this practice and Dr. Rao. I've been going there for 10 years, even traveling back and forth to Florida before I move permanently back to the CSRA. They're the reasons.

I do not agree nor feel it is fair to have to pay a facility charge for every visit. I have been charged an extremely high amount for all of my appointments and don't feel that I have gotten a solid answer to my problems. The amount of money that I have spent a lot of money with Wellstar between myself and my son. It is challenging trying to get appointments aligned enough to avoid numerous facility fee charges. I don't agree with those and don't think it's fair to charge them for every visit.

I love everything about my daughter specialist. He's very attentive and give great informative information and listen very well to our needs and concerns. He was able to break all information down to us to help us understand what was going on with our daughter and how we can move forward with the care plan to a better solution to try to resolve further setbacks

When I checked in, the front desk person only verified my name and date of birth. And when it was time to get my armband, I was shown the sticker. I am a WellSTAR employee, and that is not how we have been taught to check in patients. We are to verify three or more identifiers, such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, and we are to read the sticker on the armband back to the patient. That was not done, nor was it initialed.

I see him as quite competent medically. Also explained some things well for me. Another I've already forgotten and apparently not in record along with a second Rx he said he was prescribing. However he sent one prescription to the wrong pharmacy after asking several times. It had to go to MCG pharmacy first anyway for approval somewhere. Also forgot to discuss one of questions/issues I asked med student interviewer to put in notes. In fast movement through visit I forgot to repeat it. Next time I'll have a written list to check off.

The visit with the doctor was great. However, I was given incorrect information regarding the location of the appointment. The messages clearly said Bldg B, 2nd floor. However, it was professional building 1. As a result I was late for my appointment.

Dr Sifuentes explained clearly the results of my endoscopy and also the next procedure to be scheduled in the coming year! I also recommend some possible additional verbiage in his writings of response to patients after procedures, he thanked me and responded great idea!
