The doctors, etc are great. The billing department SUCKS. My receipt for my co pay is clearly in my records as being paid at that time of my visit and yet I received a text and an email stating I needed to pay it. This is the second time that I have gotten double billed. Get it right.

It was a wonderful experience! Minimal waiting which is unusual in a medical office today. My husband and I were both very pleased by the attention to my problem given by Dr Sifuentes and his two residents. I was also very very impressed by the report about my visit which appeared in my My Chart account. I've never had such a through report from any doctor anywhere after a medical visit.

Everybody from the front to the back, the front desk, the medical assistant, flush nurse, the student, and the provider, they all were professional and I really thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Even when I arrived late, they were accommodating and I didn't have to wait. But I really appreciate the service, great customer service, and I look forward to coming back.
