Dr Batool is like the ear away from home when you need it. I feel so comfortable with her and I can open up and express myself freely without judgement. I look forward to seeing and hearing her voice every session. My life was spiraling out of control and she was able to help me focus and maintain my mental health. She does wonders to my life and she just don't realize it

Dr. Batool is good at listening at your issues but doesn't really have a structure for the sessions nor does she follow through with any "homework assignments." It begins to appear that sessions are just check the box. Her availability is also limited which isn't conducive to stable treatment
