First time on a video call. Once set up, everything was fine. Problem was that I had set up computer. Then I got phone call check in, and I was advised it would come via phone. Bottom line, highly suggest you put detail instructions for the video appointments.

I was annoyed by the number of reminders before this telephone visit. Also on the day, I had two (2) calls from admin / medical assistant before the "real call" with the PA AND they were alternating between my landline and cell phone ~ I felt it showed a lack of coordination between all parties involved. My Conversation with the PA was fine but seemed unnecessary ~ just a checked box following the Watchman procedure 4 years prior. I'm happy the whole Follow up process is over!
