From the moment I entered, I was greeted by two friendly faces. The lady who did the vitals was patient and she listened about his oxygen level. I was trying to let her not be alarmed if she did not get an oxygen reading the first time. Luckily, she got it the first go round. Very professional. Heather, the nurse practitioner, was off the chain wonderful and full of knowledge. She allowed me to ask questions, and she helped me make sense of a lot. I cannot thank Heather Shields enough for her patience and for explaining a lot to this lay person. Kudos to the Infectious Disease Staff!

Yes, I was very impressed by the nurse practitioner. She was not familiar with me as she did not see me in the hospital, but she had done her homework and talked to Dr. O and then followed up with us for, talked with us probably about an hour, and then recommended that we do a digital visit or so to the Mayo Clinic. She just, she was just went above and beyond.

This visit was the best visit I've ever had. After taking 1 1/2 hrs to get there I was thinking I need to find a Dr closer. However after my visit I felt that this Dr was worth the trip . She was patient , listened and was genuinely interested in me . Thank you !!
