The staff and office in Dr. Liberman's practice was warm, kind and welcoming, very happy. It was really nice to hear people laughing and having fun and being happy about being at their job and doing what they do instead of everyone being all serious and stuffy and stuck up. So I would like to give all of the front office staff credit for being happy and joyful and making the experience a lot more, a lot less painful, a lot more pleasant. Also, Dr. Liberman is fantastic and I trust him and his staff implicitly.

I came in with a painful and progressively worsening abscess and was seen the same day I called. Dr. Liberman was professional, efficient, and thorough. He explained exactly what he was going to do, performed the procedure skillfully, and made sure I understood the aftercare instructions before I left. His staff was equally responsive and kind in getting me scheduled quickly. I've had procedures with many physicians over the years and this experience stood out for its combination of clinical competence and genuine patient-centered care. I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend Dr. Liberman to anyone needing surgical care.
