She answered all my questions and she advised me on some things that I need to do and some things that she couldn't do through my hearing aid is what I mean. She was very thorough and explained it to me in terms that I could understand. I appreciate her very much and I will be back to her to see her and I will recommend her to any of my family, friends because I've already gone to pick up my car at my repair man and he said he couldn't hear good and I recommended
