Yes, I enjoyed my visit with Hannah. I went in with questions. She answered all my questions and she advised me on some things that I need to do and some things that she couldn't do through my hearing aid is what I mean. She was very thorough and explained it to me in terms that I could understand. I appreciate her very much and I will be back to her to see her and I will recommend her to any of my family, friends because I've already gone to pick up my car at my repair man and he said he couldn't hear good and I recommended

Hannah is always just incredibly precise, very kind, very open to what you have to say, and will ask questions to get good feedback on your level of care. Is this, you know, is this working for you? How do you feel this would work? And she's just very thorough and she's very kind. And the staff is superb too, just all of them. But I wouldn't go to anybody else but Hannah. I have been to other people, and Hannah is just amazing. She just is. And to give you any sense, I'm sure other people do this too, but we drive an hour at least to get there, and I am glad to do it. That's how happy and superb she is.

My meeting was not with Doctor Hannah. Doctor Hannah is outstanding. But I did not have an appointment with her. I picked up my hearing aid only but only the mold was handed to me. I mentioned I needed the rest of it. The tech returned with the complete aid attached. I installed my aid for fit in the lobby
