As someone who has spent a great deal of time navigating healthcare over the years, I can honestly say that this practice stands out because of the people who work there. Every interaction-from scheduling appointments to lab work to discussing medical concerns-has been met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. Dr. Assefa consistently takes the time to listen, address concerns thoughtfully, and treat me as a whole person rather than just a patient chart. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Medical Assistant Brittania has always been patient, knowledgeable, and caring. She helps make difficult conversations easier and ensures that patients feel heard and supported. Her kindness and professionalism make every visit more comfortable. I would also like to recognize Team Leads Christina and Alexis for helping create an environment where patients are treated with respect and kindness. It is obvious that strong leadership contributes to the positive experience throughout the office. The front desk staff, McKenzie and Sarah, deserve special recognition as well. They are welcoming, efficient, and always willing to help, even during what I know must be very busy days. Their friendliness sets the tone the moment you walk through the door. Tina from triage has been wonderful to work with over the phone. She is responsive, compassionate, and always makes me feel like my concerns matter. Her patience and willingness to help never go unnoticed. Finally, I want to give special recognition to Ms. Dovie in the lab. Anyone who has frequent blood work knows how much skill matters, and Ms. Dovie is truly exceptional. She never misses a vein, and I honestly cannot remember a time when I left with bruising or unnecessary discomfort. She makes what can be an unpleasant experience quick, easy, and virtually painless. Her expertise, professionalism, and kindness are remarkable, and she is a tremendous asset to the practice. Healthcare can be challenging to navigate, especially when dealing with ongoing health concerns. This team consistently goes above and beyond to make patients feel cared for, respected, and supported. The service provided was great. I was able to explain my concerns and received answers and simple suggestions that did not always require medication. I would rather try simple suggestions before going straight to medication. With saying that, Dr Assefa did run tests to make sure everything was in order and there was one thing I was deficient in and needed medication. This was my first time seeing Dr Assefa and I am satisfied with my care. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Wellstar Dr. Assefa and her staff Nate and Dovie were wonderful front desk was a breath of fresh air it was such a peaceful experience I've learned a lot from Dr. Assefa she is phenomenal and deserves her flowers and a raise just such a pleasant experience and a beautiful soul I felt cared for, considered and heard. Thank you I will be returning what a great place and such beautiful people inside and out! 10/10 I highly recommend!

Dr. Assefa and Gloria were both fantastic. Took their time and were very thorough. I'm grateful that I visited them when I did. My phlebotomist, Dovie, was also very attentive and I didn't feel a think during my blood draw.

My experience was amazing. From the time that I checked in, the staff was very pleasant, polite. They got me checked in very quickly. When I got back to the back, the nurse that took my vitals was amazing, very polite, and very personable. And Dr. Azefe is amazing. She answered all of my questions and provided me a lot of different information that I needed and some things that I didn't know that I needed. And Nurse Dovey is the best phlebotomist I've ever experienced in my life. She's amazing. She got my blood drawn the first time. No troubles, no problems. I really appreciate the staff and I love being a patient there.

My Doctor was very patient with me and I didn't feel rushed. We discussed everything I had issues with and I look forward to my next appointment.

My experience was amazing. From the time that I checked in, the staff was very pleasant, polite. They got me checked in very quickly. When I got back to the back, the nurse that took my vitals was amazing, very polite, and very personable. And Dr. Azefe is amazing. She answered all of my questions and provided me a lot of different information that I needed and some things that I didn't know that I needed. And Nurse Dovey is the best phlebotomist I've ever experienced in my life. She's amazing. She got my blood drawn the first time. No troubles, no problems. I really appreciate the staff and I love being a patient there.

Dr. Assefa and Gloria were both fantastic. Took their time and were very thorough. I'm grateful that I visited them when I did. My phlebotomist, Dovie, was also very attentive and I didn't feel a think during my blood draw.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Wellstar Dr. Assefa and her staff Nate and Dovie were wonderful front desk was a breath of fresh air it was such a peaceful experience I've learned a lot from Dr. Assefa she is phenomenal and deserves her flowers and a raise just such a pleasant experience and a beautiful soul I felt cared for, considered and heard. Thank you I will be returning what a great place and such beautiful people inside and out! 10/10 I highly recommend!

The service provided was great. I was able to explain my concerns and received answers and simple suggestions that did not always require medication. I would rather try simple suggestions before going straight to medication. With saying that, Dr Assefa did run tests to make sure everything was in order and there was one thing I was deficient in and needed medication. This was my first time seeing Dr Assefa and I am satisfied with my care. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

I would like to take a moment to recognize and thank the incredible team at Dr. Assefa's office. Hopefully, I have spelled everyone's name correctly and listed their job title correctly. As someone who has spent a great deal of time navigating healthcare over the years, I can honestly say that this practice stands out because of the people who work there. Every interaction-from scheduling appointments to lab work to discussing medical concerns-has been met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. Dr. Assefa consistently takes the time to listen, address concerns thoughtfully, and treat me as a whole person rather than just a patient chart. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Medical Assistant Brittania has always been patient, knowledgeable, and caring. She helps make difficult conversations easier and ensures that patients feel heard and supported. Her kindness and professionalism make every visit more comfortable. I would also like to recognize Team Leads Christina and Alexis for helping create an environment where patients are treated with respect and kindness. It is obvious that strong leadership contributes to the positive experience throughout the office. The front desk staff, McKenzie and Sarah, deserve special recognition as well. They are welcoming, efficient, and always willing to help, even during what I know must be very busy days. Their friendliness sets the tone the moment you walk through the door. Tina from triage has been wonderful to work with over the phone. She is responsive, compassionate, and always makes me feel like my concerns matter. Her patience and willingness to help never go unnoticed. Finally, I want to give special recognition to Ms. Dovie in the lab. Anyone who has frequent blood work knows how much skill matters, and Ms. Dovie is truly exceptional. She never misses a vein, and I honestly cannot remember a time when I left with bruising or unnecessary discomfort. She makes what can be an unpleasant experience quick, easy, and virtually painless. Her expertise, professionalism, and kindness are remarkable, and she is a tremendous asset to the practice. Healthcare can be challenging to navigate, especially when dealing with ongoing health concerns. This team consistently goes above and beyond to make patients feel cared for, respected, and supported. Their dedication has had a meaningful impact on my quality of life, and I am incredibly grateful for each and every one of them. Thank you all for the outstanding care you provide every day.
