Very fast and friendly service. Love Dr. Titus. She's very involved in my care, asks all the right questions, makes good suggestions, and will answer anything that I have.

As always Dr.Titus and Obgyn Nurse Fatima are always a joy to see I love how they actually listen to my worries and concerns and act immediately and do not waste time even when I do not have a appointment I can message them they the longest I have ever had to wait was 24hrs all.the way down to them getting paperwork back to the correct department they do not waste time they definitely need a bonus or a raise I love them and the WellStar family I have always been taken care of

I would say the doctors tend to be hit or miss, or it's not just this practice, it's the whole hospital. The whole hospital tends to be hit or miss the doctors. I got a good one this time. So I'm grateful for that. The nurses are almost always 100%, but the staff is usually the problem. So I don't know who's in charge of hiring staff, but that's usually what we have a problem with. They're always talking during work. They're talking about things that they do after work. They don't really listen. It's almost all the staff, the front people, who talk, schedule appointments and things like that. So that's been my experience. However, like I said, the nurses are almost always 100%, and the doctors are considered medical assistants.
