Honestly, I think Dr. Postma just spoke too quickly. It was a lot of information about what seems to be a serious condition. I think he spoke too quickly and didn't ask me if I had any questions. I wish he had said more clearly the name of my condition, the possible treatments, how serious it is etc.

The facility and care I received on site was great. I will likely come to MCG instead of Emory for all my advanced medical care from now on. But the schedulers I dealt with before coming were atrocious and will be one thing I dread about future visits unless something is done to greatly improve. I reported this to Dr Postma and it seemed he is resolved to look into this.

The front desk staff were beyond polite. I got lost and she stayed on the line with me until I found my way. She was never rude or came across as if I was an irritant to her. Superb customer service! I would gladly drive the 2 hours I drove again for this type of service and care.
