Hi, my feedback for something to work on is getting back in touch with patients when they leave a voicemail, as well as when a patient have home health that leaves a message for the provider or staff to get back in touch. That rating recently was a zero, and that definitely needs some more improvement.

When I arrived for the appointment I was immediately greeted and got signed in. I was called back to the examination room quickly and the nurse and the doctor were prompt in running the EKG and the doctor took time to discuss my case.
