We had several calls in a row from 3 different staff during the check-in process we had to send to voice mail because we were getting the calls while on the phone with the practice FYI. Very confusing they were calling back while we were listening to voice mails then they called again ?

She listens, answers my questions, and provides great care. She gives me information with facts and details so I understand what is needed and why. She responds quickly to inquiries through my chart. I appreciate her and the staff more than I can say!

The "self-service" outsourcing of the check-in process is not a great reward for getting the patient to use this delivery channel, pay the same charge for an office visit, and complete a large number of tasks that are then REVERIFIED by the office staff and/or the provider.
