Well, hi, this was my first visit, so I really couldn't give you a good rating on it because I'm new to this healthcare facility. So I did the best that I could because I'm not familiar with the doctor. I have not had the experience with them before. But so far, everything was very nice. People were courteous. And I was taken care of very well. Thank you.

I have to say that from the moment that I stepped into the office, everyone there was very professional. They were very accommodating. They were very pleasant. It was a, everyone was great. The receptionist, the medical assistant, the doctor, the scheduler, when I left there and I went across the way to the lab, the outpatient services to the lab, everyone was wonderful. 10 out of 10 services. Would I recommend? Yes, no, it is not Disneyland and so no one wants to be going to the doctor's office. However, I do have to say that it was, I had a very good experience. The problem is getting an appointment. It took forever and that is not a reflection of the staff or anything. It's just scheduling sucks. While I was there, I did not feel that I was rushed. And again, wonderful ?

She has wonderful and attentive staff members, including Ms Lyn and her medical assistant, Ms Crystal, Dr Braimoh went above and beyond in explaining a majority of my past medical history and testing to ensure that I clearly understood what my current needs would be. My first visit has confirmed that I have made the right choice for my continued GI needs.

Crystal was a wonderful medical assistant and took great care of me. Dr Braimoh listened to all my concerns and gave me all the information for my upcoming procedure. All three of the front desk ladies and schedulers were pleasant and also answered any questions I had coming in and on my way out!! I would say this was one of the best offices I have ever visited during my health care journey.
