Hello. Ms. Glenda Toms is very thorough. She's a very personable person. She's detailed. She is experienced, educationed. She has a great way of connecting with the patients and getting to the root of why you're hurting. I love going to see Ms. Glenda. I've been seeing them for over 20 some odd years in that same office or the other office that they were in before they moved to the new office. So, yes, she's a wonderful nurse practitioner, and I truly enjoy going to see her. Thank you.

My experience with Ms. Glenda was wonderful. However, my experience with the nurse assistant was less than ideal. Her question, "how do you like getting up on that thing?", referring to the scale along with her recommendation for me to see a bariatric doctor because I hadn't experienced recent weight loss made me feel uncomfortable.
