Both receptionist were both very polite and friendly. One even ask how I was and talked about my day was going. She even wished me luck working on my old truck as I was leaving. Glenda and Trish always listens to my health concerns and everything I have to say. I do get carried away with talking. I trust their knowledge and like how they listen to me. Glenda has worked very hard to figure out , how to get my type two diabetes under control. I'm very impressed with her knowledge and understanding my view. I would recommend this doctors office to my own family and friends.

Yes, I've been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and I always receive excellent care. The front office staff was welcoming and quickly got me registered. The medical assistant, Trish, took very good care of me while she was doing the vital signs and the nurse practitioner Glenda is always so kind and caring and knowledgeable and she always remembers all the details of my medical history at each appointment even though it may be a year in between. She's always so caring. I recommend this practice to all my family and friends.

I trust this group of medical specialists to the fullest. Everyone I have seen face to face has been very understanding to my needs. However, I have had multiple issues dealing with the office, through MyChart, with getting medications refilled, but the problems were handled through telephone and face to face visits. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. I have recommended this office to several friends and family members.

I didn't ask her to look at me. Physical exam eyes nose ears throat listen to my heart and lungs. I think she should have checked that or ask me. She didn't check those. I was expecting that. To check them all. And do refills. Otherwise it went alright about what you would expect.
