My experience with Ms. Glenda was wonderful. However, my experience with the nurse assistant was less than ideal. Her question, "how do you like getting up on that thing?", referring to the scale along with her recommendation for me to see a bariatric doctor because I hadn't experienced recent weight loss made me feel uncomfortable.

For an annual physical, i expected an assessment of my whole body, like ears,nose,throat, abdomen, extremities etc.. she just lustened to my lungs and heart and radial pulses and then finished.
