I thought everybody from the nurse to the resident to the doctor's assistant, Amanda, and to Dr. Wallace. They were all very professional, very kind, and Dr. Wallace, I think, had the best bedside manner I've seen in a doctor in a long time. First thing he said was, I'm not going to say anything bad or scary, which really put my son at ease.
