I have reached the age where many of my doctors are retiring or simply have left the practice. It is a challenge to find someone you genuinely trust, AND can actually get an appointment to see them. This cardiology practice is wonderful and I am so grateful for them and Dr. Deriso.

Being that this was my first cardio visit with Dr. Deriso, I was a bit nervous and unsure of expectations. His staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The nurse even made the EKG relaxing. Dr. Deriso was very pleasant, he greeted as soon as he walked into the room. I was extremely impressed that he'd already reviewed my records, med list and notes from my other doctors. He also listened and gave valuable input as to how my heart is tied to other health issues. He ordered additional testing and also addressed my cholesterol levels and medication, which saved me time and travel from a doctor's visit the following week. My birthday was on the day of the appointment, and I honestly feel like this was a gift from Wellstar. All in all, I am fortunate to have Dr. Deriso as part of my health care. Thank you.
