The only issue came with the echocardiogram machine not working properly, resulting in multiple tries. Unfortunately, because a use the cause of the problem was not immediately evident, I became concerned that something was wrong on the human side versus machine side, leading to unnecessary anxiety and stress. I am uncertain if wh a t was going on could have been explained more clearly, but it certainly would have made the situation less stressful to be told it was a problem with the equipment and not the heart.

Hi, I think that you guys did a really great job with your customer service and the only thing that I could say could be improved is the scheduling. Unfortunately, I am supposed to be scheduled for a heart monitor and when I went to schedule for my heart monitor after my appointment was over, there was absolutely nothing left. I mean, nothing was left. So I pretty much have to call each week to try to follow up and see if I can find anything, but it'd be nice if there was maybe a better system for that. But that's it.
