He recommended Dr. Deriso without hesitation and said he was a cardiologist he trusted completely and who was exceptionally qualified to handle my evaluation and treatment going forward. This was very important to me as my dry first, recent experience with a cardiologist in a different network (Northside) was poor and unnecessarily stressful. Dr Deriso's evaluation, thorough explanations, detailed recommendations for my current and future care, and his "human" manner of care was a welcome change and left me feeling more confident and less anxious about my diagnosis, plan of care and my "new normal". I am grateful to be his patient and that someone I trust suggested that I go to Dr. Deriso for a second opinion and evaluation.
