Dr. Gaspar Msangi did not show much of a concern for my appt. I was required to pay $100 copay and was only given more antibiotics. I felt like it was other things he could have done to help me feel more relaxed about my current issue.. My appt was less than 20 mins.. So disappointed

Absolute joke. The doctor was in the room less than 2 minutes and didn't care anything about what I had to say about my symptoms. He rolled his eyes the entire time and just told me to come back in 6 weeks if I wasn't happy

I left very unsatisfied . I felt he was not listening and was not empathetic to what I was going through. So much so I requested another doctor. He actually said thank you I agree that it's best I refer you to someone else. He asked me a few questions and walked me to the scheduler to be with another doctor on my future visits.

Yeah, I would say I really appreciated the clinical, what they call it, patient flow, right from the customer service to the last clinician who attended to me, if I would say the physician. I was really impressed and with the initial response I gave to the evaluation, you asked me to evaluate, being the feedback concerning how he elaborated staff to me and how politely he spoke to me, made sure he heard my concern and addressed every question I asked him. I would say I will give the very day invitation. I will give them an excellent.
