While it sounds crazy, Dr. Hathaway was good natured, which for me, is huge. It makes me feel more comfortable. He explained it all way more than I personally needed, but I'm sure others want that so I'm not complaining. The best thing about the interaction, he had a sense of humor, it made him feel more like a human to me, made me feel more like a human instead of a 'patient.' I've seen 5 doctors in the past 2 months not one has smiled besides Dr.Hathaway. That alone is remarkable to me. Also I hope i spelt his name correctly.

Yes, hello. I thought that the doctor was extremely kind and informative and caring and also listened intently on all of my problems. He did not dismiss me like a lot of other doctors have done. I am very disappointed with my post-operative care. I requested that the doctor send the tissue from surgery for culture and sensitivity due to my history and he failed to do that. I have asked him multiple times for a wound care consult, even before surgery, he failed to do that. I am very disappointed with my post-operative care. I requested that the doctor send the tissue from surgery for culture and sensitivity due to my history and he failed to do that.
