The staff was excellent when I called in swivet after finding out I needed a medical clearance for foot surgery on very short notice. I got a next-business-day appointment, and the nurse had the clearance form with her from the beginning of the appointment. I definitely felt heard and taken care of from an administrative point of view! Dr Joshi was great (she was not the doctor I had seen five years ago, the last time I was at the practice), and not only took care of my immediate needs but also suggested some testing we could/should do because of my medical history. I appreciated her hearing what I had to say from my end, and speaking to me with great eye contact and a chipper voice, for a lack of a better term!
