I usually suffer from severe "white coat syndrome" because I often feel like doctors are rushing to get to the next patient or just want to prescribe a pill to mask my symptoms. Dr. McCarter was completely different. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely made me feel like she cared and listened. Instead of pushing a single agenda, she gave me all the necessary information to make my own informed decisions. She never presented her opinion as the only right way, which I deeply appreciated.
