Olivia, the MA, shows great concern about my blood pressure and checks it again after the visit when it tends to be much lower. She uses all types of techniques to relax me also.

The doctor was nice. She just looked at the computer and threw around diagnosis based on what she saw. She didn't ask me any questions pertaining to my stress levels, overall life, etc. She made me feel like she was searching for a diagnosis without building rapport.
