My favorite trait of Ms. Houk is that she is a genuinely good listener and she remembers what I say. Even when the office is short-handed or busy, she looks me in the eye and listens when I speak. A wonderful, rare trait in today's busy world. I find her staff models this behavior, as well. This office more than meets the needs of myself and my family.
