Eve was fantastic! She listened, cared and gave great direction to what needed to be done. She was very pleasant !

Now, my experience had just been hard to communicate with the staff. I think they called me and wanted to know if I left a urine sample and I did. And so it seemed like they didn't know where it was. So that was the first time that's ever happened to me in my life. But the communication was just, you know, I have a procedure coming up and it bounced back and forth and they let me know late that I had to pay 1300. Nobody had let me know that before. So communication was just very poor so that things would go smoothly and then I and then also he would have the appointment safely secured. Instead, I was not able to make that appointment because they let me know late. Just that was a little confusing.

Eve was wonderful. She was very thoughtful and understanding. I negotiated with her. Even though she recommended other courses of action, we arrived at a course of action we could both agree on and it worked out well. I ended up going to the hospital for treatment immediately, which was something that I wasn't willing to do initially, but it worked out very well for me. Evie was great. So was the young lady who did my ultrasound.
