Dr. Tsipotis works in the division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Medical College of Georgia. He is a graduate of Democritus University of Thrace Department of Medicine in Greece. He completed his internal medicine residency at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston. He then completed his gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York, followed by his advanced training in inflammatory bowel diseases at Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of the American Gastroenterology Association, American College of Gastroenterology, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.

Yes. When I was there, we walked up, registered in, did all the signing. Then they called me back, put me in the room, and we sat there for over an hour or more. I think more than an hour. before anybody came in there. I don't know what happened, what kept them out, but they should have sent somebody in there to let me know what was going on, instead of having us sit there so long. I did open the door, and the nurse outside, by the desk there, told me that they'll be with you shortly. Shortly was another

Good experience. Treated very well by the attending physician as a patient and NOT as a number. He took time to listen abd gave advise. Greeted me politely and made me feel comfortable. His assistance doctor and other staff were kind and polite. There was so much difference in attitudes of staff since WellStar took over. Looks like the staff is aware that they are responsible for their attitudes and action at their job!!!!
