Always very professional, and I love how everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and welcome.

I was in this office for 3hrs. Waited almost an hour before I was called back. The prescription that I was told I was being given was not sent in and I had to call after I left. Now while at the pharmacy they dont have the prescription. Absolutely horrible experience for my care.

I found Dr. Esin to be a very caring and competent physician. She listened carefully to the health problem that I was experiencing, throughly reviewed my chart and examined my legs/feet in a very compassionate and professional manner. Dr. Esin provided me a treatment plan that I am now following.

My two experiences with Dr. Esin were that she was not an attentive physician. She did not listen to my concerns. She was unable to answer questions that I had for her. She did not even ask if I had any questions or concerns. She did not check my ears nor my mouth. She did not check my legs or feet as a patient with hypertension. Although I came in with elevated blood pressure, she did not provide any recommendations to lower it.

This was my first time visiting this practice to get established with a new primary care provider. And I was impressed all the way around from the moment I checked in to the nurses that helped me before I saw Dr. Esin. Everyone was just so friendly and welcoming. It also helped me to just kind of calm down and be comfortable in the space. I felt like Dr. Esin was very attentive. listened well, addressed my concerns. So I just was very pleased with my first experience and happy that I chose this practice.
