I know that this is a primary care practice, but it would be nice if some procedures could be handled in the office. I don't like getting referrals for so many simple things.

Everyone was great today including lab and front office staff. Please don't remodel the building into the cold ugly office styles that you have done with other facilities!

I had a great experience during my recent physical. Dr. Esin ,Laura and Marie was thorough, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and I really appreciated how everything was explained clearly. I left feeling confident about my health and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Dr. Esin is very personable. I enjoy having conversation with her. Leaving messages in the portal took a long time to receive a response. I did have to call up there and speak to one of the nurses to see if there's a way that she can respond to the message, not knowing if maybe it didn't make it all the way through. And she said that she will give it to the doctor right away. I ended up hearing about a week after, but I'm sure she was just really busy. I was just surprised about that time lapse.

From walking in the door to going to see medical assistant and then the doctor each and every person that I came in contact with was very nice very respectful very helpful it was a wonderful experience I couldn't tell you all to do anything different not at this time because it was a great visit. My daughter recommend this doctor and I have already recommended this doctor and the staff absolutely excellent job.
