I appreciate all of the information that I received from Dr. Esin . I just think that the practice or medicine itself is not as in tune with natural herbs and how they can be incorporated with the medication. I'd like to see more of that. Other than that, Dr. Esin did a great job. Thank you.

The only concern that wasn't addressed at my appointment, I wanted to discuss other options than taking the zip bound. As you know, WellStar is not, is pulling it from WellSTAR employees and I can't afford to pay out of pocket for zip bound. That's why I wanted to discuss other options and we never got around to discussing other options. Dr. Esin wrote a script for three months and it can't be filled. So now I'm stuck and I don't know what to do.

Great people on staff. The bldg renovation that is underway could complicate the workday duties; nonetheless, all staff members that I interacted with were cheerful.

Dr Esin was generally dismissive and seemed to care more about labeling me as obese than truly listening. I have liked this clinic since I've come and I'm sure I will because the nursing and front desk staff have been amazing but Dr. Esin will never be my top choice as physician. I was right about what I felt based on results but she treated me as if my body could only have told one story based on its size.

I was in this office for 3hrs. Waited almost an hour before I was called back. The prescription that I was told I was being given was not sent in and I had to call after I left. Now while at the pharmacy they dont have the prescription. Absolutely horrible experience for my care.

My two experiences with Dr. Esin were that she was not an attentive physician. She did not listen to my concerns. She was unable to answer questions that I had for her. She did not even ask if I had any questions or concerns. She did not check my ears nor my mouth. She did not check my legs or feet as a patient with hypertension. Although I came in with elevated blood pressure, she did not provide any recommendations to lower it.
