Asking me to come 15 minutes early then waiting an additional 20 minutes for my appointment was disappointing. It hasn't been the case in the past and I hope it is not typical. Everything else was good.

My experience was great with Dr Esin and her nurse. I am unsatisfied with having to wait over an hour for my blood test due to having one personnel who was on duty to draw the blood. She was great but I personally went to my annual appointment fasting. It was very frustrating having to wait for several hours to complete my annual checkup because of the lack of personnel in the area. Especially, giving the blood test.

The doctor came in late, about 20 minutes late, and I think she made up for it by leaving early. I had to tell the nurse that came in later that she, anyway, did not get information. I wanted to say something about my eyes and my skin, and she had already left, and she didn't come back in. And I sort of felt, you know, that I didn't get my, you know, my say in or my appointment.

I was informed that this office no longer does lab work that can't be done on the day of your visit. Since I have to be fasting I have to go to another facility which isn't close to my home. This is ridiculous and is very inconvenient for a senior citizen.

Everything was perfectly executed, except that I should have been informed ahead of time that the Testing Lab was still inoperable! I usually end up Fasting for so long that I have headaches. Suggestion: I should not have to Fast, the day of my appointment, only the day I choose to get Lab work! This attention would be most appreciative! Great Teamwork, otherwise! Thanks EMH
