The one that got me signed in and took my blood pressure. Just amazing. I have white coat syndrome, so they make the experience so much more pleasant for me. I checked into this appointment early in order to not be late. However, we waited 3 hours to be seen. Saw several people come in after us and left before we were called back to be seen. Very upsetting. We needed to get bloodwork same day but lab was closed when we got out. Therefore we had to drive to Acworth to get bloodwork done. Got there shortly before they closed. The drive was about 20 to 30 mins away.

The wait time was very limited, which was wonderful as I was there for a well visit and not a sick visit, so I wanted to be in and out. And I appreciate that. I know that the facility is under construction. It would be nice to have a well waiting room and a sick waiting room, but other than that, the experience was fantastic. Thank you.

I expressed my concern about my health and my family history of the same issues I'm experiencing, got talked down to like I didn't know what I was talking about, also got told that I "look fine" and was laughed at when Dr. Esin asked me what I hoped to achieve by getting certain tests done to figure out what is causing my issue and I answered "it would help rule out an issue that is prevalent in my family so we can try to find out what else is going on". I felt unheard, belittled, and dismissed of an issue that is causing me so much distress in my every day life.
