The wait time that I experienced since Wellstar has taken over has been awful. I know the hospital has to make money, but piling patients on these doctors are absolutely horrible. I waited a total of 1 1/2 hours to be seen. Patient wait time is a big part of the patient experience. I love my provider which is why I continue to come back, please work on this. I can't imagine what patients who are actually ill face.

The overall doctor care was excellent however, upon leaving the exam room, I experienced a terrible fall! Even though the nurse and doctor helped me up ..took my pressure..sat me in a wheelchair, gave me water,..I did not see an incident report being made. Now this might have taken place after I left but it would be good to tell the patient that one is being done. I am home and feeling sore from the fall in case anyone wants to know.. Thank you for asking.
