Dr. Sapp is the best pediatrician we could ask for! She always listens to my concerns, validates my feelings, and works with me to come up with a plan that we both feel comfortable with going forward! She is the sole reason we come to this practice!

Love Dr. Sapp and the nurses are overall great. Baylei in front is rude. The wait times are also horrible

Dr. Sapp- so intentional and kind with our son who has autism. Allowed him to take part in the physical exam with hand-over-hand techniques so he was not fearful of items. Care Partners- so patient with our son and loved our baby so well. Baylie the desk clerk- was so nice and tried her very best during what felt like chaos as there was about 6 of us trying to check in (almost all of us had more than one child with us) and there was only 1 of her! She stayed calm and kind while not everyone was giving her the grace she deserved in that moment as she did not make that schedule.

I just adore the pediatricians & residents at Wellstar! They've always been kind, friendly & caring but there's only been a handful of receptionists that I can honestly say the same about. Sometimes I feel rushed when checking in/ out or even when making apps. in person.

I think that Erica Stapp is a wonderful, wonderful doctor. She takes the time to listen, ask questions. She, you know, genuinely cares about the care of the kids, and I really like that, and I appreciate that.
