Hi, I had a very, very difficult time scheduling this appointment. I called numbers and was told to call another number and at one point no one picked up after trying a couple of times. I was told later at my appointment that supposedly there is a phone system being implemented so that may have been part of the trouble, but I just wanted everyone to know. Thank you.

A magnificent professional, very humane and understanding, attentive, and with a great attitude towards helping and solving problems, which is so important in these cases, since one is vulnerable and doesn't know what to do! I am very grateful to be his patient! Thank you so much! I won't be participating in the community for now, due to multiple health problems, but as soon as I'm better, I'll gladly cooperate. I'll sign up, but I'll only go occasionally! Thank you so much!

I was amazed how pleasant this whole experience was! From the parking, to guest services, to ent receptionist- everyone was so thoughtful and pleasant! People actually looked happy to be there. The nurse was a little shy but once we got talking she was sweet too. Dr Applebaum lived up to the reputation I'd heard about him- thourough, clear, and practical.
