Dr. Appelbaum and his staff, I believe it was Nicole, took very, very, very good care of me when I was at my appointment on the 15th, and I would strongly recommend them to my closest friends or anyone who needed hearing, who have hearing issues and need their expertise. I recently saw Dr. Applebaum and Dr. Jenna Ralph, audiologist, in back-to-back appointments. Both had carefully reviewed my updated medical history before meeting with me and were exceptionally well prepared. They offered thoughtful recommendations based on their extensive clinical knowledge, the procedures performed, and my individual circumstances. Each took the time to answer my questions openly and thoroughly, including helpful examples involving patients with medical concerns similar to my own. The appointments were exceedingly informative and reassuring. I left with a clear understanding of my condition, the recommendations, and the services I needed. Just as importantly, I felt that my concerns had been heard and fully addressed, providing a welcome sense of clarity and closure. I am very appreciative of the professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care provided by both Dr. Applebaum and Dr. Ralph.
