So, the service was excellent, from the moment I arrived at the entrance, where a translator was already waiting for me. I was well received throughout the clinic. The doctor is a very charismatic, attentive, and caring person. Since my contact last year, I've had very good memories of everyone, and now it's even better. My overall rating is 10.

Each took the time to answer my questions openly and thoroughly, including helpful examples involving patients with medical concerns similar to my own. The appointments were exceedingly informative and reassuring. I left with a clear understanding of my condition, the recommendations, and the services I needed. Just as importantly, I felt that my concerns had been heard and fully addressed, providing a welcome sense of clarity and closure.
