Everybody was very friendly, very happy, knowledgeable. I was very pleased. I felt very welcomed. I was quite nervous. It was my first visit, but they were totally awesome, the whole crew, doctor and all the nurses, even the receptionists.

Everything and everyone was so nice and very professional. My doctor was so sweet and he explained everything that is going on with my liver. I felt very comfortable talking to him. I absolutely loved my nurse and the front desk was awesome ?

The doctor asked me to upload documents from another provider to MyChart, which I cannot do. The staff later said they would take care of getting the documents. The doctor also answer a phone call then left not just my appointment, but also the practice according to the staff - they didn't know if he was done with me or not, but he was gone so I was done. Then the staff, an older nurse, just decided my next appointment should be with the NP without getting my input. This is my third gastroenterologist. If the 2 previous doctors are stumped, is the NP the right choice?
