The doctor was extremely thorough, took her time, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed and truly felt cared for during my visit. The front office staff and nurse were also very friendly, professional, and welcoming. It's so refreshing to find a medical team that is both compassionate and concerned. Highly recommended!

When I wasn't feeling well, I went into the chat after my visit with urgent care to ask my doctor a question. A nurse responded to follow up with urgent care. I didn't appreciate that as I thought I was communicating with my doctor and I thought that the first line of health care should be with my doctor, not having my doctor's office tell me to revisit urgent care to follow up with urgent care. That's my only problem. Thank you.
