Eileen Borkovich was very helpful . She answered all my questions and concerns. Even with some frustrations about lab work, she was calm and supportive about results and concerns. I appreciate her listening to me and following through with answers.

I am disappointed in MY CHART. I have multiple Wellstar providers. Each call for certain tests to be done or put in for referrals to other providers. If I don't act on these tests or referrals that just sit on My Chart for months or years. I would like to see some way or process to have these items removed from MY Chart otherwise they stay for many years. This does not make sense.
