Telemedicine was problematic to use. Had to call the office for help, and even then difficulties were experienced. I do like this practice, skilled personnel, feel like I am in the best of hands. Hurdle it is a 40min drive (without traffic), so it is VERY helpful to have today's visit via telemedicine.

You need to understand that patients are people who need serious health guidance. I wasn't listened to; the nurse asked me what kind of tests I wanted to have, and I'm not a doctor, so I thought you would decide that. She said that you don't provide weight loss advice, much less hormonal help, so what are you really for? Your attitude is utterly authoritarian and you don't listen to the patient; everything is very difficult. I regret that this was my second terrible experience with you. I suggest you review your services. Have a good day.

I am disappointed in MY CHART. I have multiple Wellstar providers. Each call for certain tests to be done or put in for referrals to other providers. If I don't act on these tests or referrals that just sit on My Chart for months or years. I would like to see some way or process to have these items removed from MY Chart otherwise they stay for many years. This does not make sense.
