Dr. Chin is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Rochester and a Fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the National Institutes of Health. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.He joined the faculty of the Medical College of Georgia as an Associate Professor in Medicine in 2002 after being on faculty at the National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, Developmental Endocrinology Branch, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

The staff was SO friendly and courteous.

The process was not explained until arrival. I went through the normal process until time of consent. I'm Mr. Chin meant well but at that time the jokes used were not a humorous matter. Also, he had to perform all duties himself as pathology was not available. He didn't know where the staff went too. It made it harder for him to do the testing and get everything ready for the slides. The office used were dirty and unkept. I saw drops of blood on the floor. I didn't feel comfortable at all but did what needed to be done. This hospital was my number one but no longer because of its uncleanliness. I wouldn't recommend.

Such a long wait time. They said I was the 5th thyroid ultrasound of the day so they were working on the ones ahead of me but Would be really nice to just be scheduled closer to when my actual procedure would start. The waiting room was not near food or drinks and I didn't want to be so thirsty when I went back for the procedure and unable to swallow. The room where my biopsy was done was so hot, no airflow, and smelled like terrible body odor. I felt so sick leaving and was in tears. I had to miss work and pay for childcare for all that time I waited, and I think it could be coordinated and planned better than that.
