My experience was okay. I mean, it was my first experience, so I really can't judge it from one experience. The doctor was okay. I don't really know him that well, so I can't really, you know, give him customer service, you know, that type thing. But overall, yes, experience was good. Bye.

I wasn't greeted right away when I walked up to the desk. There were 4 ladies sitting there. We stood there about 1-2 minutes before someone asked who we were seeing. One was on the phone and others were talking: They asked us to sit down and about 10 minutes later, we were asked to step up to check in.

All office personnel were courteous, friendly and professional from the receptionist to the nursing assistant, x-ray technician and Dr. Olmedo. I was so impressed as a 1st time patient. I was in the office for the 10 O'clock appointment; had my screening, X-ray; diagnosis and evaluation and treatment for my Trigger Thumb and I was finished to go home by 11 O'clock. Thank you for the exceptional service.
