The receptionist was awesome managing all of us patients coming in and out of the office she was very helpful and patient. The care team, x-ray tech Doc and assistant were very caring and supportive to my needs and after care suggestions.

I thought it was a very good, high-quality place because from the moment I arrived they put me on a Spanish-speaking transfer, since my language is Spanish and although I speak English, I prefer to speak Spanish where possible. And to my surprise, the surgeon himself, Dr. Olmedo, spoke to me in Spanish. That was the best thing that could have happened to me there. Besides that, all the nurses were very kind and lovely. The one who took my X-ray also speaks Spanish and was very attentive. I thought everything was excellent. I give them a perfect 10.

So he was really, really good. The team was nice and kind and professional. The nurse that brought me in at first, she asked good questions. She was about the business. I like that. She was kind, but she needed to stop saying, got you, got you, I got you. It's just the youth, that's all. Young people, you know, that's their saying. Maybe say, I understand, or thank you for that, or, you know, and be a little more personable, because it was a very calculated, I got you. But she was kind.
