My only areas of concern was one that my appointment was at 11:15. However, I didn't get to see the doctor until 12:15. Which I feel is very inconsiderate on the patient's time. If the tables were reversed I would have had to reschedule for being an hour late. And my second concern was while reading my after visit care notes, it states I'm a 69-year-old female and I'm only 62.
