The doctor walked into the room and he greeted me as I was seated, but rather than stand over me and talk to me, he sat in the chair beside me and we were face to face. I hadn't seen that action in over 20 years and I am grateful for that.

Hi. Dr. O was awesome. He was funny. Bedside manner was really good. He was knowledgeable. And some of the things that I've been doing already are working and feel as I'm feeling better. So he was really, really good. The team was nice and kind and professional. The nurse that brought me in at first, she asked good questions. She was about the business. I like that. She was kind, but she needed to stop saying, got you, got you, I got you. It's just the youth, that's all. Young people, you know, that's their saying. Maybe say, I understand, or thank you for that, or, you know, and be a little more personable, because it was a very calculated, I got you. But she was kind.

Dr. Olmedo himself was a caring and knowledgeable doctor. I do believe that he triaged my issue and provided me some great options for treatment.
