Front desk staff, very nice, very helpful, very caring. I'll give them a 10. Dr. Olmedo, very nice, very helpful. I only gave him a nine only because he's so busy, but otherwise he's a 10. The nursing staff, though, not all of them, but some of them I think need a little bit more sensitivity training. But overall, very good, very nice, but I do think that some of the nurses just need to slow down and listen to the patients a little bit more and be a little nicer. But for the most part, love it. Love Dr. O. I will always go to him as long as I need to for anything related to his practice. Thank you very much for the opportunity to get feedback.

Dr. Eduardo, first of all, you can know and see his experience. He has a vast knowledge of what he was doing, what he was saying, what he was looking at. You can tell this is decades, decades, decades of experience. He knows what he's doing and his advice was well taken and very friendly, concerning, and made sure that I didn't leave with any pain because that was the last question he asked me, if I'm in any pain, leaving. Yeah, he did the best he can. Maybe he made sure he used the newest x-ray machine to check my knees, which I wasn't even expecting. And the staff, the staff was good.

I really liked the children's clinic that I'm already used to going to, even though I have other doctors there. But I liked the doctors, especially the orthopedist they recommended to me, because sometimes the service system fails, and he speaks Spanish, so that was very good for me. Since I speak Portuguese and understand a little Spanish, it was great. He is an excellent professional and explained everything very well. The receptionists are also very polite, and I liked that. I have nothing to complain about and I definitely recommend it. You should recommend this clinic and this doctor. Your service was excellent. Thank you very much.
