This was my first visit with this primary MD, he is young but seems to help me in a different way than the previous MD, so this is a previous problem that needs a solution, so far I'm satisfied with a new direction.

I haven't received it. I mean, I left without it. So far, I haven't gotten the medical referral, and I don't know anything about my medications. Honestly, I didn't really understand how the process works for me to get those two things: the medical referral to a neurologist. They told me it was my responsibility, that I should call, but I haven't heard anything yet, and I haven't received the medications either. I imagine the pharmacy will notify me, but I wasn't given the referral in physical form.

This was a yearly physical, and he only listened to my heartbeat. Maybe times have changed but I was expecting a bit more thoroghness during the visit. There was little to no knowledge of my prior history. I had to explain what's happened in the past, and it's already in my records, last colonoscopy, etc. He was nice enough, but I just didn't feel there was much preparation to know my history before the visit. I will be switching to a different doctor. The drive to the office is too far anyway.

I have been doing my blood sugar monitoring for about 8 to 10 weeks and nobody asked for it and I didn't have an opportunity to present it and what the progress is. I needed to have somebody take that and compare it to the test that I had just taken. But nobody asked for it and I asked and it looked like there was nobody to pass it along to. Thank you.
