I was very well pleased with my visit, very happy with the doctor, everyone in the office. My only complaint is when I have a question about a prescription, the pharmacy cannot get in touch with you and I cannot get in touch with the office without going through. I've tried for at least 30 minutes yesterday and it is very difficult to try and speak with someone in the office. I do not like the phone system.

My experience with Dr. Osman and her staff was great. However, trying to call to schedule an appointment has become an absolute nightmare. I had to call twice. The first time, I was on hold for 30 until I had to hand up and take a work call. The second time, the wait time was 90 minutes. I was able to selected the call back option to receive the call back. Over two hours later, I received the callback to schedule an appointment. It would be beneficial to have the option to schedule an appointment with Dr. Osman or any specialist using the MyChart app if the call time is going to be that long.

That woman is a rockstar, gold medal, a-plus in patient assistance, helpfulness, care and overall get-it-done-ness! I can't say enough good things about her. I have always loved Dr. Osman's east Cobb office but I was beginning to worry about wellstar after recent changes that have been made this year. Helen reminded me today that the people who work at wellstar are what matters so as long as that stays the same I will be happy!

On a different non-clinical note related to central scheduling for appointments -Opportunity for improvement for Wellstar and I totally understand that this is outside of the office's control but felt had to share my experience - this is not working, well for me at least; I was told that I have to wait for 141mins on one call by the automated queuing assistant! I spent close to a week trying to set up an appointment. This may need to be validated if it is working as intended and staffed appropriately. I ended up literally driving to Dr. Osman's office where the great and helpful staff assisted me in person to schedule an appointment. Looking forward to improved scheduling.
