She was concerned and I felt like I was in good hands. She listened to questions from me and my son. She explained things well. I left feeling at ease and heard.Thats a great feeling. What I appreciate most about Dr. Osman and her staff is that they are always intuitive. They have, even if you have a question that may initially stump them, they do follow up with me in a timely manner. Overall, I just enjoy going to that practice.

The connection was not 100%. Could not hear the provider but they could hear me. Not sure where the problem was but we ended up on a phone call and muted the computer screens. We had computer screen visuals and phone audio. The audio was 90%.
