I love Dr. Osman and everyone who works in the practice. I wish I could still schedule through the practice because trying to call and schedule online is a headache and the wait times are horrible or you get a busy signal and that is not good customer service.

Dr. Osman is detail oriented and thorough in her review. I felt that my care was in good and capable hands. Very professional and excellent and clear communication. On a different non-clinical note related to central scheduling for appointments -Opportunity for improvement for Wellstar and I totally understand that this is outside of the office's control but felt had to share my experience - this is not working, well for me at least; I was told that I have to wait for 141mins on one call by the automated queuing assistant! I spent close to a week trying to set up an appointment. This may need to be validated if it is working as intended and staffed appropriately. I ended up literally driving to Dr. Osman's office where the great and helpful staff assisted me in person to schedule an appointment. Looking forward to improved scheduling.

Dr. Osman and her nurses are always amazing. I wouldn't choose any other neurologist over her. Even if I were to move, I'd be willing to travel to continue seeing her, that's how satisfied I've been with her as my neurologist and with the treatment she's provided.

The connection was not 100%. Could not hear the provider but they could hear me. Not sure where the problem was but we ended up on a phone call and muted the computer screens. We had computer screen visuals and phone audio. The audio was 90%.

Dr Osman is excellent, takes the time to go over everything with me that has happened between appointments, other Drs just breeze over this that is very important to me. Also, Dr Osman goes over any imaging, rehab, etc needed. I feel so much better after our appointment! JP
