Even though I told her I had a sinus infection, she did various tests to eliminate any other possibility. I was very pleased with her concern. She gave me the correct medication and I felt 100% better by morning.

I don't understand why you give an appointment time for an urgent care visit if it means that you wait in line behind all the walk ins that are already there. I waited for 1.5 hours until I was called back, with no updates, explanations or apologies for the delay. I understand that someone with a more urgent problem should be seen first, but no one in that waiting room appeared to be in distress. I would prefer to see my own provider or their staff, but your system doesn't allow for that--everything funnels through urgent care. I will probably go elsewhere next time.

The Nurse practitioner or PA was very polite and customer friendly. She did a very good job. Her assistant who took my Vital signs and information was also very helpful and curious. She was also very helpful and professional. The front office staff Members were nice and knowledgeable. Great Experience.
