I would just like to say thank you to the entire staff. From the front desk representatives, there were two nice women that were working there. They were very courteous to the physician's assistant or medical assistant that I saw in the back. Everyone was very sweet, just concerning, trying to put a smile on your face and just make you feel better no matter what you were going through. Excellent customer service, and they even accommodated me very quickly when I arrived earlier than my appointment time. Everyone was great at focusing on providing me high quality care and an excellent experience. I will definitely use this facility when I need urgent care again.

It was the worst experience i have received in years, my appointment was 2.40 pm i was told to arrive at 2.25 which i did, i wasn't seen until 4.20 pm with NO explanation. And on that note i can't come to this practice again
