The med tech was not friendly and appears stand offish. The other staffs were more pleasant. The provider was very respectful and pleasant but did not recommend immediate emergency care, especially after diagnosing of dehydration. The provider recommended hydration clinics and follow up with PCP within 7 days instead of going to emergency room immediately for hydration and lab work to check her electrolytes . Due to potential risks due to dehydration and my mother's well-being. I brought her to nearest emergency room for treatment. Where she received IV fluids and ABX .
