Everyone was so nice and friendly

I found a nodule in my breast and she did not do a mammogram or blood work and told me to put a warm compress on it. She referred me to a VIRTUAL breast specialist. This is after paying a copay of $125. Absolutely horrible.

Dr. Donecia Ingram and her assistant was not only very professional but they made me feel comfortable during checkup. She explained my concern and made sure I understood the type of tests being done. I would recommend highly Dr. Donecia if you want someone who listens to your concern. I also enjoyed seeing young faces in the medical arena.

This was the greatest obgyn visit I've ever had.

Experience overall was disappointing. While in exam room in stirrups the chaperone provider opened the door while I was already on the table. Additionally, my blood pressure was elevated borderline high yet no one mentioned this to me or brought it up at all. I saw it on my discharge paper and had to track someone down to ask about it because I had never been told this information before and it was brushed off. Additionally, the fact that Wellstar is now charging $25 to complete medical leave paperwork is price gouging at its finest.

The provider asked about my previous pregnancy which was ectopic. She stared at the computer while I spoke and it was evident she wasn't paying attention because she immediately forgot what I said which was insensitive. She didn't ask if I was experiencing any symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy. Asked me no questions about my previous pregnancy or if I had any changes to my medical history. She only asked if I was still taking a vitamin. I found the exam below what should be the standard of care. I asked who would be my doctor. She told me that I will not have a consistent provider and will see someone different at every appointment? When I told her I didn't want a midwife she looked at me offended which I found unprofessional. She said I could request the doctor on call when in labor which I did not find reassuring.
