Yes, the front desk receptionist, she was very nice and very concerned about any questions or concerns that I had and was very understanding. Also, the assistant in the back, the nurse Mary, I think she was okay. But the provider herself was not concerned at all about my treatment and she did not even give me any care plans regarding anything and she did not take the seriousness of my treatment or what information I was giving to her serious at all. And I went to go to a different place while I scheduled for a different provider to start seeing an actual doctor.

They explained the recommended treatment and before I left they wanted to know if I had any questions or concerns that I want to discuss.
