It was my first time meeting my cardiologist and quite affable, professional, and very knowledgeable, and very cautious for my concern. By that I mean he checks everything out and wants to be certain that everything is well, even though some things may appear to be, he wants to dig a little deeper. Supporting staff, beginning coming off the elevator, terrific, helpful, and yeah, it was a good visit, had everything, I got everything I needed to know, and I'll return in a year.

Cardiologist and assistant were great. The first people you meet, are the receptionist. I was told be there at 7:30, for 7:45 EKG, receptionist got there at 7:55. Don't tell people one thing and not be staffed. I thought the receptionist group acts and appears very unprofessional. Doesn't hurt to smile and act like you enjoy your job.

Went to get blood work at 4:50pm after I left Dr Irlandez and the young lady said they were kinda closed even though the door says the office closes at 5pm. So now I have to comeback and spend another $3/$4 and more of my time... Terrible!

My only concern is in seeing anyone and everyone with WellSTAR is that it takes so long to be able to get in, see somebody, and then you have to wait a long time to even then go and get the test they require. So it can take up to a year to actually see somebody when you think it's an emergency. That's it. Otherwise, people are friendly, courteous, and helpful.
