The doctor who gave me my hearing test, I can't remember her name, but she was very knowledgeable about my condition and gave me referrals to doctors and was very concerned about my symptoms and it was nice to have someone that knew about my diagnosis and could refer me out like that and she listened and was very kind and so was the doctor who saw me in the room. She listened to me very well and I think she understood my problems and hopefully will get them taken care of. So it was good. Thank you.

I felt the provider was condescending. She rushed. I felt rushed and like she just didn't care at all and just wanted me out of her office. I will not see her again.

This provider scared the life out of me saying I needed hearing aids. The ENT assured me I did NOT and my hearing loss was very mild!

It was a very pleasant experience from the start. I arrived early,and the front office staff made sure I understood why other patients was called back before me.. I didn't even think anything about it,but they made sure I understood.. The doctor made me felt heard,and I appreciate her wanting to try everything before jumping to putting a tube in my ear. Everyone was pleasant and kind.

I felt rushed and intimidated to hit the button. She kept saying hit the button when you hear the slightest noise in either ear. I felt as though she was there to help but to force a certain outcome. I came to her with a hearing deficiency and all I hear her saying was hit the button after every session. Like I was not comprehending what she said the first time. Terrible experience
