Diana was very personable and knowledgeable. The ultrasonographer was quick and professional and kind. The trainee MA needs extra training on position of BP cuff and should be open to listening if someone is offering advice whether they take it or not. As there is a correct way to place the blood pressure cuff for a correct reading instead of her just saying well everybody does it differently, which is not a good answer. I also enjoyed how every single person in the office had the salutation of have a great day instead of the non-specific, non- meaningful, insincere words of 'have a good one' as those words are lazy to me
