Poor communication among staff. I checked in and waited for over an hour to be seen. The one that checked me in left to go home. Her replacement was not told that I was waiting to see dr. She assumed I was waiting for another patient. What a bummer!

My Daddy is 90 years old, so he wants me or my sister to go to his appointments to respond to his doctors. Yesterday he surprisingly interacted because the doctor took her time and put things in layman terms...she even sketched out charts.

All the staff members, including doctors, nurses, and other staff members were very cordial and helpful. The only concern I have pertains to low quality toilet tissues. From now on, I will bring my own bathroom tissues.

All the providers and staff members were.absolutely caring and highly respectful. My only concern is about the toilet tissues in restrooms in all threw floors. I found the toilet tissues to be extremely thin, thus making the users" hands dirry.
