I am very disappointed with the front desk being unable or unwilling to print out documents that was used during check in prior to me being seen. I requested a copy of all documents. I work in the field of Information Technology for more than 40 years until 2022. That interactions was very concerning to me. Any person should be able to get a copy of any documents that they signed or had to initial.

Dr A. Was very professional, courteous, made excellent eye contact, engaged my wife as well as me in the care plan and thoroughly answered all our questions. He explained my health issues in language I could understand and seemed genuinely interested in helping me to live a long, healthy life. I asked him to see my wife as well! So you know I was very pleased with him!
