I think someone should evaluate what level of text messages, emails, and phone calls after someone's appointment that are administered because it's been nonstop and I finally answered this phone call just to be done with it and I may not have, but I think someone needs to evaluate that.

This office is very timely. Whenever I show up for my appointment, I am brought in to see the doctor within a minute or two of the scheduled appointment. Sometimes even a little early. I also think Dr. Reddy does a great job of listening and explaining things.

Yeah, the scheduling process can improve significantly because I was not able to get a physical appointment because of eranova's scheduling probably because when I talked to the doctor, he said, no, I did have slots and they were not given to you. So scheduling should be done at the local provider's office rather than centrally. Thank you.

Oh, I forget her name. The nurse practitioner, whoever she was, she was amazing. I loved her so much. She was very sweet, very cordial. The doctor himself, I'm really sad that I had to waste my wellness exam on him. I am going through menopause. It doesn't matter. He just kind of gaslit me the entire appointment. When I brought up something, it was gaslit. When I brought up something else, it was gaslit. When I brought up something totally different, it was gaslit. Okay, so this man follows the science. That's good for him. That's okay. But when you have a patient that comes in and that's there to talk to you about their wellness, they want to be heard. They want to be listened to. But instead of being gaslit and shut down, I'm like, okay, we're just not talking. You and I just need to not talk anymore. So I do appreciate that he asked if I had any medications that I needed to refill, and he did refill that. He is a cordial person. I do appreciate him being, wasn't even nice or considerate.
