Dr Reddy, his nurses, the desk staff and the young lady in the lab were very professional. Dr Reddy and his nurses listened to what I had to day and explained everything that was bring done step by step. They are a great team. I have been going there for over 10 years.

As good a medical experience as can be expected. Maybe better than can be expected. I do tend to gripe about the multiple texts. Sometimes I fill in paperwork online only to be met with more when I arrive. Minor annoyances.

For 30 years, Dr Reddy has been my primary care physician. He has always expressed concern and compassion for my issues until my appointment last Friday. He dismissed my symptoms and recommended advil or Tylenol for the pain. Apparently, my on again off again muscle spasm that balls up and bulges out from under my rib cage is nothing to report. When it happens, the pain is intense. Tylenol is like candy. I debated on whether to bring it to his attention for fear of his dismissal. My support system encouraged me to bring it to Dr Reddy's attention. I regret putting myself out there. I will not low ball his rating over one negative experience but I will let you know doctors are not mini gods. They have periods of compassion fatigue and burnout like we all do.

Dr. Reddy came in after my primary care doctor retired a couple of years ago. And since I've been under his care, I've lost 60 pounds. And my A1C has gone from, I guess, 8.5 to 6. And my energy and health levels are good. My anxiety levels are good because he listens. He's providing me the supplemental medication that I'm not getting from my other doctors. And if I explain to him real reasons, he overcomes his concern and goes with me because he knows that I'm thinking it through and I'm honest with him. And so I think he's an amazing doctor and very excited to be in his practice.

Dr Reddy has been my PC and GP for almost 30 years. I left him once as to my Diabetes and went to an Endocrinologist for the treatment I f my diabetes, only because a friend insisted I try his Emory Endo. (still kept Dr Reddy as my general health. This nation at Emory screwed up my meds so bad my diabetes health went way down. Doc Reddy saw me for my physical and noticed my A1c gone wonky and told him about new guy he said Rx was all wrong came back to Dr Reddy and have been on Q with meds ever since. Not sure what will happen one day when Dr Reddy decides to retire but I truly hope you all can find me some one even close to his care standard. Would never go to another Dr unti he is no longer available. Reddy Rocks!

The nurse who took my vitals was politely RUDE, did not take my temperature yet entered 97.3 on the chart, I had to use a facility wheelchair as the distance was more than I could walk she refused to help. After explaining that I am hard of hearing and ask her to repeat her questions she just smiled So I do not know what was ask or what was entered as a response ( Brit ? student nurse name tag ) she was a very unpleasant experience, the Dr and they rest of staff were more than helpful and very kind!

As good a medical experience as can be expected. Maybe better than can be expected. I do tend to gripe about the multiple texts. Sometimes I fill in paperwork online only to be met with more when I arrive. Minor annoyances.

Dr Reddy, his nurses, the desk staff and the young lady in the lab were very professional. Dr Reddy and his nurses listened to what I had to day and explained everything that was bring done step by step. They are a great team. I have been going there for over 10 years.
