My girlfriend and I both had separate appoints for 12:45 and 1:15. We showed up at 12:38 for both appointments, saw over 10 people walk in and be scene before us. We were there for a total of 1:20 minutes for a routine physical, and antibiotics. The staff forgot entirely about us.

For 30 years, Dr Reddy has been my primary care physician. He has always expressed concern and compassion for my issues until my appointment last Friday. He dismissed my symptoms and recommended advil or Tylenol for the pain. Apparently, my on again off again muscle spasm that balls up and bulges out from under my rib cage is nothing to report. When it happens, the pain is intense. Tylenol is like candy. I debated on whether to bring it to his attention for fear of his dismissal. My support system encouraged me to bring it to Dr Reddy's attention. I regret putting myself out there. I will not low ball his rating over one negative experience but I will let you know doctors are not mini gods. They have periods of compassion fatigue and burnout like we all do.

Dr. Reddy came in after my primary care doctor retired a couple of years ago. And since I've been under his care, I've lost 60 pounds. And my A1C has gone from, I guess, 8.5 to 6. And my energy and health levels are good. My anxiety levels are good because he listens. He's providing me the supplemental medication that I'm not getting from my other doctors. And if I explain to him real reasons, he overcomes his concern and goes with me because he knows that I'm thinking it through and I'm honest with him. And so I think he's an amazing doctor and very excited to be in his practice.
